Who we are

This website is run by New Level Aesthetics, a scalp micropigmentation clinic at 8501 Tower Point Dr Unit D6, Charlotte NC 28227, United States. The consultation form

If you use the consultation form we collect the details you type in: your full name, email address, phone number and, if you choose to write one, your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a consultation.

The form is sent by email through Resend to the business inbox, and a copy of each submission is kept in the business's own enquiry spreadsheet. We do not send an automatic reply to you and we do not add you to any mailing list. We keep an enquiry for as long as it takes to deal with it and for any reasonable period after that for our records, then delete it.

The form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile and a hidden honeypot field. Turnstile checks that the visitor is a person and may read basic browser information to do so.

Messaging us

The Message Us button lists WhatsApp, Instagram, email and phone. If you choose one of them you leave this website and the service you pick handles your message under its own privacy policy.

Embedded content from other services

The Gallery and Reviews sections show our Instagram posts and our Google reviews through Fouita widgets. These load from Fouita, Instagram and Google servers, which can receive your IP address and browser details when they load.

The map on the contact page loads from Google Maps only after you press the button to show it.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our advertising. Both load only on our own domain, after you first interact with a page or a few seconds after it loads. They may set cookies and send information such as pages viewed, your device and approximate location to Google and Meta.

A cookie-free page-view counter run by RankShark records only the page address, the referring page or site and any campaign tag in the link. It sets no cookies. The IP address is used only momentarily to block abuse and is never stored.

Cookies and your browser

Apart from the analytics and advertising cookies above, the site does not set cookies of its own and does not store anything else in your browser. Cloudflare Turnstile, when it checks the contact form, and the Instagram, Google Reviews and Google Maps content described above may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Where the site is hosted

This website is served through Cloudflare, which acts as our host and content delivery network. Cloudflare processes requests, including IP addresses, to deliver the pages and protect the site.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, and you can ask us to stop using it for advertising. Residents of states with privacy laws, and visitors from the United Kingdom or the European Union, have these rights by law. To use them, email jcoreycurtis@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as we can.

We do not sell personal information.

If our practices change we will update this page and the date at the top.
